Services: SBM Consultancy offers visa consulting, work permit facilitation, and other
immigration services. All services are subject to the rules of their respective countries.

2. Payment Terms: Payments are made in installments. Failure to pay on time may
cause delays or termination of services.

3. Refund Policy: SBM Consultancy offers refunds for non-completion of services
owing to errors. Refunds are subject to administrative fees.

4. Clients’ Responsibilities: Provide accurate and comprehensive information. False
or misleading information may result in visa rejection, for which SBM Consultancy
accepts no responsibility.
Refund Policy

If a client withdraws their application before processing starts, 50% of the original
money is refundable.

No refunds will be issued once documents are presented to the embassy or
immigration officials.

If the client commits document fraud or deception, reimbursements will not be
provided.
Cancellation Policy
Clients who want to cancel their applications must tell SBM Consultancy in writing.
Cancellation requests will be processed within seven working days. Fees paid for
previously completed services are nonrefundable.

SBM Consultancy is a facilitator and cannot guarantee visa approvals, as decisions
are made entirely by immigration officials.

Although we work to give accurate guidance, immigration rules and practices can
change without prior warning. Clients are encouraged to independently verify any
information.

Code of Conduct:

SBM Consultancy retains the right to reject service to clients who exhibit
unacceptable behavior or submit misleading information.

Clients shall follow stated timelines and indicate any delays in providing
documentation.
